I had a FT-991 a few years ago, back then I watched a YouTube video that shows you the mod for HF Tx only so did the MARS mod shown (bridged JP3003). Surely after all this time and the vastness of the World Wide Web I can learn something new and someone has cracked the VHFUHF Tx side of this radio but no joy: Heres what I got so far: I found some photos in descriptions of how to mod this radio and I noticed how some pictures show JP3001JP3002 with micro-min chip resistors and others show them simply bridged hmmm.
